Students who will be graduating in December 2020 are informed that pre-application for graduation will start on Monday, January 20, 2020 and will end on Monday, April 20, 2020. The pre-clearance or progress report form is now available in the Department for pick. An electronic fillable version is available online at the Department website, which can be accessed by clicking here.
Note that in order to obtain and submit the form, a candidate MUST have completed or MUST currently be doing SOCI 403.
In adherence to the University academic calendar, all prospective graduates are advised to pre-apply for graduation within the aforementioned time frame. Please take note and act accordingly.
